Alfresco revisited....

I love the whimsy of this outdoor dining table.

The tiered decor, fresh flowers, benches,

the colors and the pennant banner. Someday I'll try to recreate that scene on my porch.

But for this Sunday afternoon

this will do for our family.

Take out pizza

on our front porch!

We actually eat out here most nights.

We don't usually set the table though

we just bring out our plates.

Today I told Tom and the girls

"Grab a paper towel instead of a plate!"

It was a nice relaxing meal

simplified Alfresco style.

Look everyone is happy!

So happy that I even talked
them into doing the dishes!
All 4 cups!


This morning I did try to recreate
some whimsy while hosting
~The Garden of Eatin'~
at church again.

I pulled out my lemonade jugs,
and served the coffee cakes
and watermelon slices on tiers.
I used the decorations that
I saved from Bekah's Graduation in May.
We enjoy this chance to serve
our church family!

I love to watch the little ones

help themselves to

a cold glass of pink lemonade!

My girls!
