Pot pies and beadboard....

My Mom and Dad are visiting from Michigan.
They brought pot pies for dinner from here
http://goodhartstore.com/
Yum! Yum!
So while I was waiting for the pies to bake
I decided to hang some beadboard wall paper.
When my son was still in high school
I had him build me this small kitchen Island.
I have always wanted him to add some bead board for me.
Well, when I read about the beadboard wall paper on
Rhoda's Blog
I decided this would be the best way to go!
I found it at Lowe's
for under $15 a roll!
This was so easy!
It looks great now and
after a fresh coat of paint
and a new drawer pull
it will be updated and awesome!
It went on so quick
I still had to wait awhile
for our pies!
They were delicious,
Thanks Mom and Daddy!
Now anyone want to help me with
pasting some beadboard on these
outdated bathroom cabinets?!

Can't wait to see these babies updated!

Blessings!

Leigh Ann

Hi, Leigh Ann, I'm so glad you tried the beadboard wallpaper too. I sure wish our Lowes carried in stock, they don't. Great job on the island, thanks for letting me know!
